As a direct subsidiary of Groupe Wichard, we combine manufacturing capabilities from facilities in France, Denmark, Australia, Indonesia, and Romania with responsive North American service and support. Our History

In November 2023, the French-owned Groupe Wichard acquired Australian-owned Ronstan. As a result, the US divisions of each global company (then known as Wichard Inc and Ronstan International) merged into a single entity known as Wichard Groupe North America, consolidating the operations and expertise of both companies. Wichard Groupe North America also includes the former Sparcraft America, which had been operating under the Wichard Inc umbrella since 2012.

After 30 years in Charlotte North Carolina, Wichard Inc and Sparcraft America moved their operations and facilities to North Kingstown, Rhode Island, where a new 20,000sq ft facility was being set up for the combined warehousing, operations, sales, and customer service offices for all Wichard Groupe North America brands. Ronstan also moved its warehouse and offices from nearby Portsmouth Rhode Island to the new facility.
