Peguet Maillon Rapide Quicklinks are commonly found in parachutes and hang gliders. Quicklinks serve as critical equipment used to connect the risers to the suspension lines or harness, and for connecting the accelerators, tandem seat separators, and reserve chutes.
Specializing in the forging of stainless steel parts, Wichard is a worldleading supplier of accessories for both civil and military parachutes, offering forged steel products made for specialty applications. Safety At-Height
Working at height presents unique challenges that demand specialized safety equipment designed to protect workers in elevated work environments. Courant Vertical Living specializes in providing the reliable protection that workers and safety professionals need when operating above ground level. In addition to a range of access ropes, Courant also offers products like the Ellipse Rope Sling, certified to both CE EN566 and CE EN795 B standards, available in five different lengths.
Peguet’s range of At-Height PPE products includes their certified Maillon Rapide QuickLinks, available in a variety of shapes and sizes and used against falls from heights and for mountaineering and rock climbing, distinguished by a specific marking in relation to the following European Standards:
EN 362:2004 standard – industrial PPE: fall arrest systems, work restraint, work positioning, rope access
EN 12275:2013 standard – mountaineering PPE: rock climbing, climbing walls, caving, canyoning

Several products from Wichard Groupe brands are commonly used as OEM-spec components for high-end exercise equipment. Resistance training, gym weight machines, and Pilates reformers often utilize Ronstan blocks and pulleys to provide smooth and quiet operation over thousands of repetitive cycles. In some cases, Wichard Groupe North America also provides the rope and accessories such as cam cleats and rope guides to complete the equipment. Other times, slider tracks and travelers are used to create an adjustable attachment point for exercise equipment.
Military Applications
Multiple brands within the Wichard Groupe supply hardware for government and military applications. Many products can be found through SAM by the product’s NSN number, including products from Ronstan, Wichard, and Peguet.
