Wichard Groupe North America is the direct North American subsidiary representing leading global marine and industrial hardware brands. We work with OEMs, boatbuilders, rigging professionals, and industrial clients to supply high-quality components backed by technical expertise and dependable availability.

Our North Kingstown facility brings together what were previously separate operations. We now have:

• A unified sales and customer service team.
• A central warehouse for importing and distributing products from all Wichard Groupe brands.
• Mast design, assembly, and rigging capabilities for Sparcraft, Axxon Composites, and Lorima Carbon Mast.
• Fabrication and swaging capabilities for standing rigging.
• Aftermarket mast replacement, service, and spares.
• Custom projects upon request.

This consolidated approach allows us to handle orders, inventory, and technical support for all brands from one location. 

Global Manufacturing

Globally, Groupe Wichard has 13 manufacturing facilities, including factories in Australia, Denmark, France (x8), Indonesia, and Romania. While we do not manufacture anything at our Rhode Island facility, we do import all products directly from the manufacturer and complete the final mast assembly onsite for Sparcraft, Axxon Composites, and Lorima Carbon Mast.

Our original Wichard factory in Thiers, France, specializes in high quality Grade 316 and 17-4pH forged stainless steel hardware such as shackles and padeyes in addition to titanium and aluminum fittings. Our factory in Denmark produces highly sophisticated product ranges like Andersen Stainless Steel Winches® and Ronstan's machined aluminum traveller and batten cars. High volume injection moulded plastic parts are produced at the Maillard factory in France as well as Ronstan's factory in Batam, Indonesia.

Shipments from our factories in France are received about once per month, while shipments from our factories in Australia, Denmark, and Batam all arrive on a biweekly basis. As the US distributor for Robline Ropes, we also regularly import Robline products from their factory in the Czech Republic.

Bulk Supply & Inventory Access

Access a wide range of marine and industrial hardware, plus furlers and masts across multiple premium brands, with North American inventory and supply chain support. Our 20,000sq foot facility in Rhode Island stocks over 4,500 unique SKUs, and we can special order thousands more products directly from our factories. We do not have an order minimum, and we gladly offer bulk pricing upon request as well as blanket orders with scheduled future ship dates.
