MEET THE TEAM

Originally from Tasmania, Andrew is now based in Nevada and has been with Ronstan Tensile Architecture for over 20 years.        

An avid sailor based in Seattle, Chris has professional and hands-on experience working with products from several Wichard Groupe brands. Chris joined the team in September 2025, bringing 20+ years of industry experience as a Sailboat Hardware Category Manager.

David joined Wichard Groupe North America as Staff Accountant in 2025, bringing with him several years of accounting experience from his previous role at a property management and development company. Growing up sailing in Cleveland and later in Charleston, David was a natural fit with our many marine brands. 

Erik joined the Sparcraft engineering team in 2021 and has led the US design office on several custom spar projects.

After over 40 years in the marine industry, Jacques has the product and sailing experience you want when in the market for a new mast, and he always has the customer’s best interest in mind.

Jane has been with Ronstan for nearly 20 years. As controller, she oversees the company finances and human resources. 

Jenna joined Ronstan in 2023 and oversees the Architectural project pipeline from start to finish. 

Joining the team in 2024, Jen brings a strong background in management and customer service in addition to her 40 years of sailing experience.

Jess has been with Ronstan for over 5 years managing the warehouse, purchasing, and logistics.

Jim has been the Northeast Territory Manager for Ronstan for the past 18 years – leveraging technical knowledge and hands-on personal experience to be a leading expert on the Ronstan, Andersen, and Robline product ranges.

Kevin rejoined Wichard four years ago to lead the US operations after 15 years successfully leading New England Ropes pleasure marine sales (or market). As the GM, Kevin is a key driver of the strategic direction of the Groupe.

Kevin brings 25 years of experience in the industry to our mast assembly operations in Rhode Island.

Well-known and respected across the marine industry after 23 years as Purchasing Manager at Defender Industries, Kurt joined Wichard as Marine Sales Manager in 2023. He has been involved in the marine industry for over 28 years.

Mark’s extensive technical product knowledge is invaluable as a leading expert on Profurl, Facnor, and Wichard products. This includes prior experience with several renown brands including Hall Spars and Gunboat.

Marlene has been the “voice of Ronstan” for nearly 10 years, proficient in all systems and operations (and loved by our customers). Marlene manages our Customer Service and Accounts Receivable.

With over 40 years of experience building custom aluminium and carbon masts, Matt moved from the UK over 30 years ago and works in production and project management at Wichard Groupe North America. 

Rachel joined our team in August 2025 with a background in administrative and front line service roles. A lover of all things relating to water, she is passionate about marine sciences and wildlife. Rachel is committed to ensuring a seamless experience for each and every customer.    

A well-respected industry leader, Scot has been at the helm of Ronstan International for 20 years, with the last 10 as Managing Director.

Thomas has been with Ronstan for over 9 years and combines sailing experience with product knowledge to lead our US marketing initiatives.

Our newest addition, Tom is a seasoned sailboat industry specialist and accomplished sailor. He is well-qualified to represent all the Wichard Groupe brands. Tom is now based West Palm Beach, Florida.

Rachel joined our team in August 2025 with a background in administrative and front line service roles. A lover of all things relating to water, she is passionate about marine sciences and wildlife. Rachel is committed to ensuring a seamless experience for each and every customer.
