New Cross Pro Range from Courant

Courant Launches the All-New Cross Pro Range — Available Now at Select Retailers

Courant has officially launched the next generation of its most popular gear bag lineup: the Cross Pro range. Built from years of direct market feedback, the redesigned system brings tougher materials, smarter organization, and a fully modular setup to arborists, rope access technicians, and rescue professionals who depend on their gear every day.

A Modular System, Rebuilt From the Ground Up

The original Cross Pro came in two sizes — 54L and 75L. Courant has now combined those into a single, smarter modular system: a 60L Cross Pro base bag paired with an optional 15L Cross Up add-on, giving users the flexibility to run 60L on its own or scale up to a full 75L of storage when the job demands it.

The 60L Cross Pro itself has been upgraded across the board, with more durable materials, stronger fasteners and zippers, and a generously padded, adjustable suspension system that makes hauling a fully loaded bag noticeably more comfortable over a long day. It's built from high-resistance 1680D polyester with 400D nylon ripstop and mesh fabric, and it's rated for a max load of 50kg (110 lbs). Like every Courant gear bag, it also features the brand's signature front-carry system, letting users attach a rope or accessory bag to the front of the shoulder straps to keep hands free on the move.

Introducing the Cross Up: Dedicated PPE Storage

The all-new Cross Up is designed to work hand-in-hand with the Cross Pro. This 15L accessory bag gives users a dedicated, separate space for PPE — gloves, helmet, visor, eye and ear protection — keeping smaller items organized and out of the main body of the bag. It's roomy enough to fit a complete Protos helmet with visor and still have space to spare.

The Cross Up attaches securely to the top of the Cross Pro, or detaches entirely and carries on its own shoulder strap when a user only needs to bring their PPE to the job. Attach it to the 60L Cross Pro and the system totals a full 75L of gear storage.

Cross Tarp: Keep Gear Clean, Anywhere

Rounding out the launch is the Cross Tarp, a lightweight, waterproof accessory designed to keep equipment clean and dry on any jobsite. Made from waterproof 210D polyester, it opens to roughly 5ft x 5ft — large enough to lay out multiple climbing lines, or an open Cross Pro plus a line — and packs down to just 22cm x 11cm when not in use. Four daisy chains let it attach directly to the Cross Pro or Cross Up, and built-in pull handles let users cinch it shut around their gear and carry it away in seconds, whether they're protecting equipment from a dirty jobsite or a sudden downpour.

Build Your Ultimate Gear System

The new Cross Pro range is fully compatible with the Cross Up, Cross Tarp, Cross Belt, and Cross Strap, letting users build out a complete, personalized gear-pack system tailored to how they actually work.
