The inventor and manufacturer of the iconic Maillon Rapide® (“Quick Link”) system, Peguet has released three generations of this universal product. Designed in France, it comes in a wide range of shapes and materials, and is adapted for both the industrial and sporting markets. The pear-shaped Maillon Rapide quicklinks features an enlarged opening that accommodates multiple attachments while maintaining a secure connection. Its versatile shape makes it ideal for linking rope, chain and hardware where extra internal space is required.

When fastened with a wrench up to the proper tightening torque, Maillon Rapide quick links are considered a permanent connector.
Maillon Rapide should always be fitted with parts made of same material.
When connected with chain, Maillon Rapide quick links should be of the same diameter.
Never connnect any Maillon Rapide quick links onto a lifting chain.
