Our standard shipping cost matrix is as listed below. Please note that extra-long or oversize items may incur additional shipping charges or fees.

STATE SALES TAX
WGNA has sales offices in California, Florida, and Rhode Island. We are required to charge sales tax for any items shipped to locations within these states.
We only accept orders to US shipping/delivery addresses (including Puerto Rico and the United States Virgin Islands).
We do not accept international orders.
WGNA will ship your order via UPS or FedEx, and dependent on package size, deliver to PO boxes. Your delivery address must include a complete street address located within the United States, Puerto Rico, or the United States Virgin Islands.
Most in stock orders received before 12:00PM EST will be shipped the same day. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed the following business day. Please be aware that weekend delivery may not be available. At checkout, you can choose Ground or 2nd Day Air.
The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods on receipt and notifying us within 5 business days should the goods not appear to meet expectation. Before using your product, be sure you have the right fit. Lay out and inspect your gear in an organized fashion before starting any installation process.
While we hope all of our customers are satisfied with their order, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Most orders can be returned and refunded for the full value of the product, provided the return request is processed within 30 days of the original invoice date and the product is unused and in resaleable condition. To initiate a return, please contact sales@wichardgroupena.com with your order information and you will be issued a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please include your RA number on the return shipping address.

- You (the customer) are responsible for returning the goods in a resaleable condition (including original packaging).
- You (the customer) are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Include a copy of your web store invoice and packing slip with the returned package for prompt credit.
- Keep a record of your shipment until you have received your replacement, credit or refund.
- Clearance and Sale items are non-returnable.
- Returns must be made within 30 days of original invoice date.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for processing of all returns.
If part or all of your shipment was damaged in transit, please call us immediately at(401) 683-5055. Do not discard the package or packaging materials. When possible, photograph the damaged shipping materials and product.
